BBB Accredited Charity Seal

Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana (BBB) offers only those local charities that meet all 20 Standards for Charity Accountability the option to apply for a BBB Accredited Charity Seal (the Seal) that can be displayed both online and in your marketing materials.

The Seal can be used on a variety of your organization’s marketing materials: direct mail appeals, your annual report, posters, newspaper and magazine advertisements, billboards, web sites and public service television announcements. It features a “click to check” function that provides a direct hyperlink from your web site to the BBB reliability report.

The Seal provides your organization with a widely recognizable mechanism to demonstrate your commitment to accountability and ethical practices and conveys those principles to your potential donors. Participation in the BBB Accredited Charity Seal Program requires a license agreement at a low annual fee of $50.
